According to the U.S Census Bureau, about 15.5 million people reside in the DMV Tri-State areas as of July 2022. 


Percentage of Women - 51.4%

Percentage under 18 years old - 20.9%


About 72.3% of our immediate population fall under our prospective clients who might require assistance with a roof over their head, food, clothing, coaching, and a job that could lead to a long term career and source of income.

    Mission Statement

    Our mission and main goal is to ensure that people in need no longer suffer in silence. As they transition through different stages in life, our resiliency and empowerment programs provide sustainable tools and resources for their growth, thereby impacting their families and communities through positively contributing towards economic growth and societal improvement. 

    Vision

    To support resilient people in need and empower them to reach their potential. 

    Core Human Services Programs

    1. Providing grocery vouchers for community members in need;
    2. Providing gently used clothing;
    3. Preparing jobseekers for potential employment through resume reviews and mock interviews alongside assistance with job searches and;
    4. Assisting with housing searches.

    Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion

    The REPs Community Enrichment Programs aim to advance the equity and inclusion of underrepresented populations we serve by providing necessary support to our community members through easier access to empowerment programs to boost their pathway to resiliency. 


    Our marketing programs target underrepresented populations via schools and community programs. We seek out underrepresented community members who have shown the need for access to food, shelter, employment, and clothing and need basic human needs.
